Groceries for Someone in Need!

This Christmas, I challenge you to bring groceries to someone in need. When someone is financially struggling or doesn't have a lot to begin with, food is a great way to help them when you don't have extra money to give to give them. And it's easy.

Here are some tips:
*Buy food while it is on sale at the store
*Buy non-perishable food or food that will keep longer
*Canned food or soup is great
*Betty Crocker mixes are good cause all they need added is water

Will you bring groceries to someone in need this Christmas? I am! Do it with me! :)

Easy, Cheap, Fun Service Project!

Today I want to share with you an easy, cheap fun service project!
Donating baby items to a Christian program for women and their unplanned pregnancies!
Let me explain the title. "Easy" - It is very easy to pick up some baby toys from the store and drop them off at a local program near you.
"Cheap" - Everything in the picture below, was $1 each. (I actually got one toy free though. :) If you go to the dollar store, you can find baby things very cheap.
"Fun" - It is so, so, SO much fun to buy baby things!!! The family I babysit for just had a little baby girl! I can't wait to buy cute little baby things for her! Because buying baby things are so much fun! :)
So see, this is a easy, cheap, fun service project! :)
Find a wish list from your local program to know what to buy. But here are few things from the wish list here that I think all lists will probably have.
*Sippy cups
*Baby bowls and spoons
*Receiving blankets
*Bottle brushes
*Baby board books
*Warm clothes
*Baby toys
*Baby bottles
*$10 gift cards to local stores

I challenge you to go bless your local program for women and their unplanned pregnancies! :)

Movie night College Care Package

The other day, I made this college care package with the theme of "Movie Night!!" I sent it to Kyra. She loved it! :) Now that I know she has received it, I can post it here for you.
This was super simple to make! You need:
A movie
Popcorn
Candy
And I only added a pack of tissues because my sister said this movie sad. (I watched it after I sent this to her and I cried more in this movie than in any movie I have ever watched! I should have sent her 3 packs of tissues!! :)

This is what I have.

So then I put in all in a box, added a note, and sent it to her. :) I loved making this and I loved blessing Kyra!
